3. Events
The British Classic Car Club organises various meets, shows, and road runs. Attendance is at the member's own risk. Some events may require pre-registration or additional fees. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule events due to safety concerns. Specific event rules provided at the time of booking also apply.
4. Payments & Renewals
All membership fees and event tickets are charged in Great British Pounds (GBP). Online payments are processed via secure third-party gateways. Memberships typically run for a 12-month term and may renew automatically. It is the member's responsibility to ensure payment details are kept up to date.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Membership fees are generally non-refundable once the statutory cooling-off period has passed. Event ticket refunds are subject to the specific terms of the event; however, if we cancel an event, a full refund or credit will be offered. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via our contact channels.
6. Classic Car Use & Safety
Participants are responsible for ensuring their vehicles are roadworthy, insured, and compliant with all relevant laws. The club does not inspect vehicles and accepts no responsibility for mechanical failure or damage during events. Drivers must strictly adhere to the Highway Code at all times.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the British Classic Car Club shall not be liable for any personal injury, loss of property, or damage to vehicles occurring at events or as a result of using the site or club advice. Members must maintain their own appropriate comprehensive insurance.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including logos, text, and images, is the property of the British Classic Car Club or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or display any part of this site without our express prior written permission. Member-submitted content licensed to the club for promotion.
9. Privacy Summary
